Who?
Hello. My name is Andrew Tucker. I am an artist whose primary focus is on aviation art and commissioned animal portraits. I work primarily in acrylic paint on canvas, pencil and graphite on vellum and illustration board, and pastels on paper.
I am a 1984 graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with an associate degree in Visual Communications and a 1993 graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning’s School of Design with a bachelor of science degree in Industrial Design.
My interest in fine art has grown in recent years and I am endevouring to learn and develop my skills as much as I can as my appreciation for it grows stronger and stronger.
I am located in southwestern Ohio where I live with my wife and two daughters and one excessively hyperactive german shepherd named “Cooper”.
